Tips For Families..
Make the most of your day
Nobody under the age of 12 will be admitted to the park unless they are accompanied by a paying 18 + adult.
Between the rides why not take a time out to visit our live shows featuring the Fat Controller himself see the boards at the main entrance for the time periods.
Our restaurants will get busy between the time periods of 12- 2 pm, so plan to eat earlier or later. That way you can avoid the queues at the outlets and miss the queues on the rides.
Make sure you take a time out to visit Manor Parks Zoo it homes a wide variety of animals and endangered species so why not take the time to bring your little monkeys to see ours.
Don’t go home empty handed make sure you leave time at the end of the day to visit our souvenir shops which have a range of presents and toys.
The British summer sometimes provides us with some summer sun, so make sure on hot days you all keep hydrated and do not forget to apply that sunscreen.
No Smoking
Tonks Town is a no smoking area; we are obliged to enforce the law which forbids smoking is areas such as toilets, restaurants, shops, queue lines and any other covered area. However Tonks Town forbids any smoking on our grounds, so we ask for smokers to smoke in designated area in the main park.
Lost Children
All staff will take lost children to our Customer Services (located in the centre of the park) they will then be looked after by the staff until they are re-united with their parents.
Free ID stickers for children are available from the Customer Services, where all you need to do is pop your mobile number down and then we have your details if your child goes for a wonder. Also tell your child that if they do get lost just go to a member of staff.
Wheelchair & Children's Buggy Hire
We have standard wheelchair and single buggies available to hire from the main gate as soon as you enter the park, this is a first come first serve basis.
Please be aware that the hire charge is £6 and a cash deposit of £10 is required per wheelchair/ buggy.We advise that you pre-book your rental as previously said it is a first come first serve. Pre-book now by calling 05837 847682.
